Derby will be hoping to do their magic once again against United when both of them will be meeting on Sunday . On January Derby got a rare 1-0 win over United and they were defeated in the second round 4-2 . Sir Alex will be giving his fringe players and those recovering from injury. Wayne Rooney is unlikely to play for Manchester United as he recovers from a hamstring injury.But Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra and Jonny Evans are all set to return for the game at Pride Park.

Derby County will be without defender Jay McEveley who is serving a one-match ban after picking up five yellow cards.Midfielder Stephen Pearson is expected to be among the substitutes as he continues his return to fitness following a knee injury.
