17 year old Italian wins the match for United

United are back in title hunt thanks to 17 year old Macheda who has shown more maturity than other United stars . United started the game with a make shift defence due to the absence of Vidic & Ferdinand . Club captain Neville started as centre back . Which made John Carew happier as Neville was no match for the giant . With Rooney and Scholes suspended united lacked penetration and it was a much different Villa who were recently humiliated at Anfield.
Tevez now looking like an entirely different player than last 2 seasons though he runs a lot they were ineffective and it looks like it is time for Sir Alex to reconsider about his future. Cristiano Ronaldo had opened the scoring from an indirect free-kick after a James Milner backpass, before John Carew's header restored parity.

Gabriel Agbonlahor headed Villa in front only for Ronaldo to level with a low shot and Macheda to snatch victory.
