United back to EPL


United v v Portsmouth


Now its just quadruple honours for Manchester United are striving for, following Sunday's FA Cup exit to Everton. The Carling Cup winners, World Club champions and Champions League semi-finalists are still in a very strong position in defence of the Premier League title, going into this home clash with Portsmouth.


Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney are among the big names who will return for Manchester United against Portsmouth.

Edwin van der Sar, John O'Shea and Darren Fletcher also stayed at home as United bowed out of the FA Cup to Everton on Sunday, while Michael Carrick is attempting to shrug off a minor knock.

Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Dimitar Berbatov and Patrice Evra are all expected to return in a starting line-up containing only Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic from the semi-final team.
